For a gourmet appetizer, serve Local Produce Piada as a canapé: eat it up 1 minute each side then cut it into squares and garnish it with dried tomatoes pâté (blending dried tomatoes with garlic, a small onion, salt and extra virgin olive oil), lettuce leaves and black olives.
